5.0 out of 5 stars ついに物語のはじまりか！？, 2006/6/30
期待の第一巻、「失望」の第二巻。そして、今回の第三巻。物語のテンションは、落ちるところまで落ちます。
　正直、タニシとちはるをこんなに不幸のどん底につき落として、作者は何がしたいのだろう、こんなマゾ的物語、誰が好き好んで読むのだろうと思いました。あまりにブルーな展開に、何度もページを閉じました。
　しかし、落ちる所まで落ちてしまった後は、もう浮かび上がるしかないのです。巻の後半、物語に、やおら光が差し込みます。傷つき、ボロボロになったタニシとちはるは、再び手をとりあい、そしてそれをサポートする脇役たちが一人、またひとりと集まってきます。このカタルシスは、ココロが震えます。
　作者は、「おいしい展開」だけで構成された、現代的なマンガに異を唱えようとしているのでは、と感じます。
　第二巻で見切りをつけてしまった方もいるかもしれませんが、この第三巻から、本当の物語が始まるのだと思いました。読まなくては損ですよ！

サラリーマンの復讐ものということで、この作品を00年代版『宮本から君へ』（新井英樹）だとするレビューが雑誌などでも多いが違う。作者が影響を受けてるのは、ハロルド作石の『ゴリラーマン』（10巻前後の一番のってたあたり）だ。『バカイチ』も読んでみてもいい。絵柄、コマ割りから全体の雰囲気まで、新井作品とは少しも似ていない。この点はぜひとも訂正したい。
