既刊２４巻まで読んでのレビューです。

ファンタジー、或いはバトルを扱う長編少年漫画としては、かなりハイレベルな部類に入る作品だと思う。
序盤こそいまいち盛り上がりに欠ける展開が続くが、兄・正守の登場以降は世界観にも幅と奥行きが出来、読者を飽きさせることはなくなる。
「結界術」という技の応用性、能力の描き方、柔・剛、軽・重のメリハリが利いた物語展開など、良い点を探せばいくらでもあるが、例えば人間関係の距離感。
主人公とヒロイン、兄と弟、正統と非正統、使うものと使われるものetc.、ここらへんの演出・設定の妙は他の少年漫画とは一線を画すレベルですね。
「主人公の強さと危うさ、それに対する周囲の評価」といった、物語のスパイスとなる要素の描き方にも同様のことが言えます。
なにより素晴らしいのは、これだけ長く続いても世界観やキャラクターの設定に破綻がほとんど見られない点。
「作者が描きたいものを描きたいように描けている」。
実際はどうか知りませんが、少なくとも私にはそう感じられる良作品です。

まだまだ回収していない伏線はたくさんありますので、この先も楽しみですね。

既述したように、序盤は若干の辛抱を要する展開が続くかもしれません。
少なくとも５、６巻辺りまで辛抱できるという方にのみ、☆５でオススメします。
この１巻に限れば、☆３つ程度と思ってご購入いただければと思います。
間を採って、私からの評価は☆４つ。

一巻では割と能力者主人公の妖怪退治ストーリーとしてやや平凡な漫画に見えるかもしれません。
でも結界師の面白さはそれが全部ではありません。良守に関わる（或いは殆ど絡まない）キャラクターたちのストーリーがとても魅力的なんですよね。
それは時に正当少年漫画であったり、酷く退廃的であったり、とても多様な展開を見せます。
それに適応できないという人もいるかもしれませんが、ちゃんと定期的に主人公（と舞台）へ話が戻ってくるので、長期的に読んでいくと安心できます。
良守の親しみやすいキャラがそれをしっかり支えていて、その構成の妙が面白い漫画でもあります。

このマンガは序盤はただ現れた妖を倒していくだけなので最初の方を読んだ人はあまり面白くないと思うかもしれません。私も今ひとつだなぁと思いました。 しかし、話が進むにつれてだんだんストーリーが深まってきます。「烏森」の地そのものの謎、「裏会」の幹部達、烏森を狙う組織などなど。
絵は線がわりと少な目ですっきりとしていて見やすいです。個人的には好きな絵です。
とにかく、このマンガは後半に行くにつれて面白くなっていくので、一巻でイマイチだと思っても読み進めてみることをおすすめします。
