まあ、ギャグ漫画ということになりますね。恋愛や格闘も織り交ぜて、なかなか楽しませてくれます。

作者の感性がよくでていますね。それにしても、よくおっぱいがでてきます。でもいやらしくなく、エロ漫画とは、なんか違いますね。子供の頃から読んでますが、ドキドキしたようなことはあまり無いと思います。悪影響にはならないと思いますので、ご家族でどうぞ！

格闘、恋愛、笑いと何でもありで気楽に楽しめる。
個人的には乱馬、あかね、シャンプーなどの恋愛バトルが好きかな。
良牙なんかも好きだし。
とにかく気軽なノリで楽しめました。

いろいろと批判も多かった作品ですが、終わってみれば、るーみっく作品の中でも大きな存在だったと言えると思います。
この作品によって、るーみっくから離れて行った「うる星やつら」、「めぞん一刻」時代からのファンも多かったようです。しかし、この作品からファンになった人も多かったようです。その結果として、「らんま」にはついて行けないと言うファンがいる一方で、「らんま」は好きだけど他の作品は知らないと言うファンもいる、といったようなファン層の二極分化傾向を生み出す結果に至ってしまった作品でもあります。
しかし、私はこの作品は高橋先生があらたな路線に進んでいった最初の作品だったと思います。そういった意味で今までの作品とはまた違うおもしろさがありました。そして、このらんまを読んだ後にこの作品以前の高橋先生が出したマンガを読んでみるのも、また違うおもしろさを確認できたそういった作品だったと思います。
