という設定は良い。ミヒャエル・エンデの「はてしない物語」でも
バスチアンがその内部世界に侵入する瞬間には最高のファンタジー性を味わえた。この漫画、「烈火の炎」で知られる安西信行が描く「メル」にも、その幻想的な絵本世界へのノスタルジアが感じられた。
主人公がメルヘンチックな世界に憧憬を抱き、冒険心を駆り立てられる
という設定も心地よい。が、それは一巻までの話である。
この作品、二巻以降は購入するに値しない。
理由は「チェスバトルの陳腐さ」「コマの無駄なでかさ」「使い古された台詞の乱用」など様々だが、とにかくつまらない。
サンデー本誌でも展開があまりに温く、幼児的で見るに耐えない。
残念である。

主人公は現実世界ではだめだめなコ。
異世界ではスーパーマンだという設定なのであるが・・・
ファンタジックな内容なのはよいとして
異世界にいったっきりでいいのだろうか。ギンタ。
冷静に見つめなおすと単なる子供の現実逃避って感じがする。
現代世界に戻れ…(￣。￣;)

小学生・中学生２年くらいまでなら受けるかも。そのくらいの年齢なら深くまで考えず繋がりも気にしないで読めるから。漫画の癖に先が無い。行き当たりばったりという言葉が一番似合う作品。烈火の炎が好きで・とか、安西のファンという人は一回冷静になって読んでください。
