「内容」に関しては既に多くの方がレビューを書いておられ(文句なしの名作です)、今更私が付け加えることがないので「絵」の面からレビューを書いてみたいと思います。

実に良い、というか漫画に忠実な絵なのです。
使用しているスクリーントーンは普通の60番台の網目の物3種類程の他わずかにグラデーションのトーンがある程度で、ベタ・カケアミと若干のトーンへの削りだけでトーンの重ね貼りがほとんど皆無(全編を通してほんの三ヶ所くらい)、派手な見開きの銃撃戦や崩壊シーンのページでも流線の巧みな活用＿要するに漫画の絵としての「邪道」が一切ないのです。
変に凝った新しいテクニックを濫用することなく見事な絵になっています。
漫画の可能性に挑んでいる意欲作です。

この漫画、かなりブッ飛んでますね〜。

弐瓶 勉らしい妥協を許さない書き込み、
独特の乾いた雰囲気漂う巨大な建築物で構成された景色、
全体を覆うブラックな雰囲気など、弐瓶ダークワールド全開です。

主人公の変身姿や、登場人物（？）の造形・設定などもかなりブッ飛んでいて、
独特の世界観をさらに彩ります。
まぁ、表紙どおりの世界観ですね。

ストーリーも始めから終わりまで手に汗握る展開で、
誰にも予想がつかない緊張感溢れる展開です。
物語の時系列が進むのが早く、結構スピーディーな展開なのでサラサラ読めます。

「物語中で、語られる情報が少なすぎる」という批判もありますが、
世界を説明するのには十分ですし、むしろスタイリッシュなのではないかと思います。


ダークな世界が好きな方、間違いなく買いです。

スーツや武器のデザインが素敵すぎる!!BLAME!の頃から冴えていたけれど、今回は特に冴えている気がする(もっとも主人公達が使用しているのは、スーツじゃないかも…)。SFとして見ると、しっかりとした設定や理論がある訳じゃないと思うのだが、なぜか説得力や重みを作品から感じるのは相変わらずである。誰か映像化してくれないかなぁ〜。このまま埋もれてしまうには惜しい作品ですよ、コレ!
