富樫義博氏が復活して、第2弾のコミックです。

HUNTER HUNTERは面白さが安定していて、出れば間違いないのですが、その中でもこの巻はすごいです。流れている時間はものの10秒ですが、練られた構想、先の読めない展開。息もつかせないスピード感。どれを取っても一流です。

この緊迫感はスラムダンクの最終巻を髣髴とさせる感じ。ワクワクとドキドキしながら読めます。小中学生にこの凄さがどこまで理解できるかは分かりませんが、このドキドキワクワクはまさに少年漫画。

次巻が楽しみで仕方ありません。

ジャンプの中の漫画でHUNTER×HUNTERがまぎれもなく一番の漫画だろう。

レビューのタイトルでもあるように、ページの使い方のうまさがジャンプの漫画を描いている作者の中でずば抜けているのだ。

なぜか？この２５巻は宮殿に突入する10数秒ほどしか書いていない。

なのに読者を退屈させないページの使い方。保ったままの緊張感。

感心するほどに上手い。だらだら書いているように見えるが、ゴンからの視点、

ピトーから視点、王からの視点、キルアからの視点など、さまざまな視点から描かれている。

進みは遅いが内容は濃い。内容が濃ければ読者は満足するのだ。

他の作者にも見習ってほしい。HUNTER×HUNTERの素晴らしさ。

休暇が多く、絵こそ上手いわけではないが大事な場面の絵のクオリティには驚かされる。

最高峰の漫画のひとつだろう。

ある意味期待裏切らなかった10週だけの連載再開。その掲載分を丸ごと収録した「HUNTER×HUNTER」25巻。

この巻でようやく最終決戦を迎えるに至るが、ほとんど進んではいない。思えば戦いに突入するまでにもずいぶん話数を費やした。多少の不満もまた募る。
しかし、文句をたれる隙はない。まいった。本当に面白い。キルアの思考による伏線、少しずつ大きく展開していく作戦、シュートの純粋な感動、王の堂々たる振舞い、ひとつのシーンひとつのセリフの存在感が凄すぎる。

この漫画は少年冒険漫画から現実を投影した社会派漫画へと変化してきた。そしてこの巻に至っては、もはや漫画の形を成した小説のような印象だった(かつてジャイロの過去などでもこのナレーションスタイルはあったが、また雰囲気が違う気がする)。王道にして異端な雰囲気は変わっていないようでも、ある意味別の漫画だと言えるくらいに、おもしろさの意味が違う。
読み終えて浦沢直樹の漫画ほどの情報量があるように感じるが、そこまで大風呂敷を広げているわけではないし、経過している時間も1冊トータルでも数分。なのに、時間をかけて壮大なカラクリを仕掛けた長編漫画を読むよりも、この巻のみを読み込むほうが重いとさえ思える。シンプルな流れに凝縮されたコンマ刻みの状況解説・心理描写の連続は、恐ろしいほど濃くて長い。この読み応えは凄まじい。
唸る程に面白い。
