5.0 out of 5 stars ラグの存在はさながら、幸せを司る魔法使いのようです。, 2007/6/5
ひたすら無垢な思いと、幼い体の内に秘めた強い信念とで「テガミ」を届ける、その懸命な姿。そのテガミにまつわる真実を現像化させることのできる彼の力はその世界でも特異なものだけれど、このペッパー兄弟にまつわるエピソードに象徴されるような、配達者は彼でなくてはならない、彼にしか届けることの叶わない想いというものが確かに存在した心持がしました。

テガミバチ登用審査を受けるためユウサリを目指すラグは、ニッチと彼女の生き餌(爆)、ステーキらと共にヨダカよりの垣根に当たる、「キリエ」という街を訪れることになります。ユウサリへ至るためにはヨダカとを結ぶ唯一となる橋を越えねばならないのですが、この"資格なき者を隔てる橋"...。通常、ヨダカという身分層の最下層にあたる者たちはこれを渡ることは叶いません。今回の話では前巻のそれよりより一歩踏み込んだこの世界の事情を伺うことができるのですが、その現実の惨状が読み手に突きつけられます。

本来尊び慕われるべきともあると受け取れるはずのテガミバチが、この世界では少々邪な目で見られているとも感じられる点や、ラグにとってはもちろん、読み手にとってもその道標となる存在、ゴーシュにまつわる話の浮上。"守るべき存在"のために彼らが払う代償は、もしかしたら大きすぎるものなのかもしれない...、そんな不安が何がなしに過ぎってしまいました。

２巻です。

前回と変わらず綺麗なカバー表紙には、ラグとニッチ、そしてステーキが登場してくれました。
新しいキャラが次々と出てきましたが、こういう時にありがちなごちゃごちゃした感じはありません。
ニッチの可愛い一面も有り。
ニッチという存在があるからでしょう、１話に比べてラグが少し大人らしく…
と思えばやはりまだ子供なのだなというシーンも見せてくれました。
読んでいる人を裏切らないような作品に仕上がってます。
浅田先生だから出来る漫画ではないでしょうか？

1巻ではまだ序章といった感じで盛り上がりに欠けた雰囲気でしたが
この巻ではニッチという相棒を見つけていよいよ「テガミバチ」になるための試験を受けます。

試験の話だけでもっと長引くようにもって行くのかと思っていましたが
案外すんなりと話が展開していったのでちょっと拍子抜けでしたが
「テガミバチ」になることがゴールなのではないということを意図してのことなのでしょう。

物語としては平凡でも、こういった正統派な漫画はやはり読んでいて安心感があります。
一切妥協のない絵はもちろん健在です。
また、ラグに「相棒」と言われる度に真っ赤になってプルプル震えるニッチがほんと可愛らしいです♪
ニッチを躾けられるのはラグだけですから今後も見ものです。
