今回の目玉は何と言っても「もて王」初の人気投票です。
詳細は単行本を読んでいただければ分かりますが、主人公の順位が低かったり他漫画の主人公が
ベスト１０入したりと、本作同様の混沌に満ちた投票結果が何とも言えず素敵です。
本誌で「もて王」の登場人物以外のキャラも投票の対象にすると告知があった為か、作品に一度も登場したことの無いキャラクターや
物に投票した人が多数おり、一つ一つ丁寧にカウントしたスタッフさんの苦労が偲ばれます。
スタッフさんの苦労も去ることながら、私が今回最も凄いなあと感じたのは、読者の愛情のこもった悪ふざけを真正面から受け止め、
かつそれをネタにして一つの作品に仕上げた大亜門先生です。
しかもこの回の話がいつにも増して面白かったりするから凄まじい。
常に読者を楽しませることを念頭に置いている先生だからこそこれほどの作品を創り上げることが出来たのでしょう。
「面白さ」に対する大亜門先生の飽くなき追求心、貪欲さには敬意すら覚えます。

相変わらずマニアックなネタの嵐で楽しませてくれる作品です。今回の注目はキャラクター人気投票結果発表でしょう。なんと1話まるまる使っての発表、これだけでもぶっ飛んでるのに投票には3.9.11位に予想だにしないあの人物たちが!?ぜひご一読を!ちなみに1位と2位は皆様ご想像通りの二人だと思います。

5.0 out of 5 stars おそらく過去に類を見ない「自由」な人気投票で在っただろう, 2007/3/3
皆様も気になっている人気投票・・・個人的にツボにはまったのが11位以降・・・あの兄貴が出てくるとは・・・。もう本当にスゲェよ・・・。ジャンプで初めて見た時は、まさに予想を越え過ぎて宇宙の終わりまで一巡してまた現代に戻ってきたような衝撃を受けました。後で大先生は編集部に怒られたそうですが・・・。

ちなみに1位はほぼ皆様のご想像通りです。まあ殆どの方がジャンプで結果を知っていらっしゃるんでしょうが・・・。

また今年も是非やって欲しいです。人気投票。
