ヨツバ編になってから、なんかつまらんと思っていたけれど、6巻ではヨツバ編、それはそれで面白いと思わされた。
きっと、月とＬの知能戦の方が面白いと思う方は多いと思うけれど、私には、デスノートの所持者によって、こんなにも状況が変わっていく面白さが見れたからです。第三のキラは、死神からさえも嫌われるし、悪だと思われるって一体…。
今までが接戦で緊迫したものだったので安心してみれる巻です。

全体はヨツバキラ逮捕編とでも言っておきましょうか？
話の中心はやはりキラ逮捕です。
５巻で月がＬと捜査協力していきついに完結ですかね？
今回の見所は前半は主の内容よりキャラクター全員の人間らしい行動言動に注目してほしいです。
笑ってしまうほど１コマ１コマが面白くて、暗い話や緊張ばっかのデスノのもつれみたいです。
とくに不自然なＬはさらにエスカレートしたみたいです。
でも大真面目に後半はアクション系映画みたく構図・絵・展開はすごいです。絵は綺麗だし構図はすごいし、ここ日本！？みたいな？

このヨツバ編は全くの蛇足というわけではない。
Ｌこと竜崎に追い詰められたキラ＝夜神月が死神をも巻き込み自らの記憶を封印してまで
練った逆転劇のタメの部分であり、また月がデスノートを手にしていなかったら
父親譲りの正義感の強い好青年であり竜崎とも本当の友人、信頼しあえる相棒になれていた
可能性が示唆され、キラとＬの共闘というのも、ある意味ファンサービスといえる。
とはいえサービスとは期間限定だからこそのサービスでダラダラやるものではない。
（これを弁えた良い例がＺガンダムのシャア＆アムロ、悪い例はガン種のホモ二人）
敵対するヨツバは小悪党集団な上、竜崎と月の立場が被ってしまうのもまずいし
何より強面だが、どこか憎めない死神リュークの不在で本作の魅力は半減している。
３巻辺りまではキラ、Ｌ、リュークの個性が絶妙のバランスをとりテンポのよい攻防が
繰り広げられていたのに対して、この巻は竜崎一人が主役の普通のサスペンスといった感じ。
月は要所で切れ者ぶりをみせるものの、やはり個性が弱く仲間の一人という印象が拭えない。
（インパクトではミサにも負けてるのではなかろうか？）
作者の力量を考えれば、もう少しコンパクトにストーリーを纏めてキラとＬの
最終対決に繋げることができたと思うのですが編集部の意向がこの時期からあった気が。

そこそこには面白いのだが一回観たら充分の火サスレベルという感じでしょうか。
伊出や相沢が刑事としていい味を出してくれたので、やや甘めながら星４つです。
