　二転三転するストーリー、巧みな心理戦、アクションそして新キャラ。いままでのデスノートの面白さは保持しつつ、高いレベルでのエンターテイメントを達成している巻です。

　ついにライトが感情を露にし、謀略を仕掛けてきたエルに対して宣戦布告します。『僕はお前を信じ込ませ　そして全てを引き出し　お前達を　殺す』　悪魔のような顔で微笑むライト。史上最強の悪の化身の誕生。見逃すな！

キラとLが直接対峙するようになり、今まで以上に限界と思えるぎりぎりの展開の中で、
きちっとストーリーの整合性を維持するセンスには脱帽します。
並の漫画家が同じような事をすれば、かなりの可能性で破綻すると思われます。
連載当初は絵にばかり目がいってましたが、原作の方も相当なレベルですね。
少年誌としては比較的文字数の多い漫画ですがメリハリのある構成で、
常に心地良い緊張感を保っているので、殆どだれる事はありません。
原作、漫画共に週間連載とは思えないクオリティです。

待望の３巻です。主人公がいよいよ宿命の敵Lと互いにキラとLであるという疑心を持ちながら接触します。ここからの展開がまたすごくて、１巻と２巻の助走を終えていよいよ３巻から完全な離陸という感じです。内容を言ってしまうと面白くないので秘密ですが、デスノートは最近の漫画の中でもその独特の雰囲気とサスペンス要素もあって大人気です。原作はもうすぐ４０話にさしかかる頃ですが、まだまだ続くのかそれともいよいよ終盤なのかまったく予想できない２転３転の展開が物語を面白くさせています。Lと月の心の中のやり取りが激しくなるのも３巻からです。互いに相手が黒であると感じつつ、また一方はおそらく黒だと確信し、それでも表向きの友情を見せるという展開がいいですね。普通の漫画よりも文字が多くて内容もちょっと難しい所があるかもしれないので、ぜひ単行本を買って何回も読んで欲しい作品です。
