10巻あたりまでは何とか見られるストーリーだったが、最近は何やらおかしい。
画風が大幅に変わって美形キャラしかいなくなってしまった。
作者は勘違いしているようだが、ただカッコ良くすれば良いというものではない。
むしろ一部のカッコ良いキャラの価値が薄れてしまう。
設定がいい加減過ぎる。体内の発電量でレールガンなど撃てる筈が無いし、

銃弾の速度が明らかに遅い。数ミクロンで分子は斬れない。
技をもう少し真剣に考えて欲しい。「黒猫の爪」だか何だか知らないが
グレネード弾が効かないような鎧を破壊するような腕力があるなら最初から殴った方が強い。
何よりストーリーが「薄っぺらい」。例えばこの巻の歪世界の部分なんかも「サヤが助けてくれた」

という突飛な展開で安易に片付けてしまっている。

最近のBLACK　CATは正直言ってつまらない。あまり期待しない方が良い。

　キョウコやサヤ、トルネオが再登場しますが、これは作者が単に書きたかったから出したようなものでしょう。実際彼らの登場でトレインとイヴに変化が起こったというわけではありませんし。自分の信頼している人が幻影で敵となる…、この手法はもはや陳腐なのでかなりひねたものにしないと目新しさが表れません。それにドクターの術中もルール無用で打破されてしまいます。死人が手を貸すなんてあまりに安易です。せめて漫画内で設けたルールはきちんと守って欲しいです。

ドクターとトレインの闘いは「奇跡が起きた」という理不尽な理由でトレインが勝利します。ドクター可哀相だ。
これを見たとき、この漫画に期待することの虚しさを知った・・・

まぁ、ずうっとそんな感じの漫画です。期待せずに読みましょう・・・
