敵・味方とも多くのキャラが出てきて、『キメラアント編』の導入として重要な一
巻☆
しかし、虫達の残虐性を際立たせて表現するあまりに、かなりグロい描写が多いの
も事実です。（ーー；）
ハンター試験に登場した懐かしいキャラクターが次々と殺され、すごく悲しかった
です・・・。（；ー；）
けれど、よく考えると意味のない殺戮を繰り返してるのは人間だけで、野生の動物
は生きていくのに必要な時しか他の生き物を殺しません。
ということは、動物×人間のキメラアントが無意味に人間を殺すのも、冨樫センセ
イの「人間は間違っている」という隠れたメッセージなのかもっ！？・・・ってい
うのは深読みしすぎかな？（＾＾；）
一言で言うと、残酷なシーンもあるけれど、今後も『H×H』を読み続ける人には必
読な巻ですね☆

19巻は特に面白かったです。
自分は富樫氏の描く画面がとても好きなので、背景なんかもアシスタントを使わずに描いてほしいので（今回は人の手が入ったかな？と思う所が多かったように思うのですが・・？）絵が雑でも「頑張って描いてくれ！」と願うばかりです。
グロいのが嫌だと言う人もいるけど、必ず残虐性を悪と認識できる書き方をしているし、度を越した描き方でなく漫画的にバランスが取れていると思います。肉感的なグロ絵などと対照的で富樫氏の絵はシュールだなと思っているのですが。
それにしても結婚して家庭があるのに、なおも少なからず毒のある話を描き続けている富樫氏に感服です。頑張ってほしい。

１９巻はネフェことネフェルピトー一色。
男なのか女なのかはさておき、最強かつ最凶。
カイトもハンターの中ではかなりの熟練者だとは
思うが、その彼をも圧倒する程の驚異的な強さ。もうスゴすぎ。
そして残虐性の中に内包された“萌え要素”。
ネコ耳、シッポ、華奢で細いウェスト、性別不明、語尾が「にゃ」。

このマンガには“ヒロイン的女性キャラ”が味方サイドに１人もおらず
敵サイド（幻影旅団など）ばかりに女性キャラが多いのが特徴だが、
ついに最凶かつ最萌なヒロインが登場してしまった
（マチやシズクも残酷と言えば残酷だが、ネフェとは比べられない）。
絵が荒いのはもう恒例となってしまったが、ネフェのコマだけは

どうかキチンと仕上げて欲しい。それが彼女（彼か？）に対する礼儀である。
