もともと絵の綺麗さに惹かれて読み始めたのですが、話も面白かったです。
主人公・太公望のキャラがジャンプにしては異色でいいですね。こういうキャラはかなり好きです。

この漫画を読み終えた時、なぜだか、大きな喪失感に襲われた。
私はこの漫画を連載当初から読んでいたが、連載が終わった時、（単行本の最終ページを見た時）泣きそうになった。
なんと言うか、もう体の一部になっていたようだ。
大袈裟かも知れないが、やっぱり、フジリューは人の感情を揺さぶる何かを持っている。
この漫画を、ただの歴史本とか、ギャグ漫画とか、そういう言葉でかたずけるのだけは辞めてほしい。

封神演義の最終巻です。家族で読める素晴らしい漫画です。一度読み終わっても何度も読み直しました。まだ読んだこと無い人はぜひ読んでみて下さい。絶対ハマりますから。

私は原作をさきによんだのですが、藤崎氏独特のセンスで今の時代の人にも読みやすいようアレンジされています。娯楽作品としても楽しめます。
