この作品がジャンプに掲載されたときから
この作品のとりこになっていました。
ので３巻で終ってしまうのはすごく残念でした。
この作品は１巻から通して実に中身の濃く、そして
ギャグのキレも最高級ばかり、伏線もいたるところに
隠されて、いつまでも手元に残しておきたいマンガです。

第１・２巻同様、矢追純一もビックリの世界観が広がっており、シュールで皮肉めいた笑いに溢れた作品に仕上がっている。カラーレンジャーや雪隆が再登場しているのに加え、バカ王子の弟と許婚が出てくるなど、読み応えは十分である。
物語も登場人物も笑いの組み立て方も、どれもハイレベルで濃い作品であった。グロテスクな画もストーリーに合っていたと思う。たとえば、少女の深層心理の描写は本当に不気味な画だった。こういったシリアスな部分がしっかりと描かれているからこそ、シュールな笑いが活きてくるのだろう。また、笑いのレベルが高いからこそ、シリアスな部分に深みが出ているのである。
作品の中で、王子の日記や染色体などについて、長々とした説明文を持ってきたりもするが、それが全く邪魔になっていないのも富樫作品のスゴイ所だ。邪魔になるどころか、見開きを使ったカラーレンジャーの心得には笑わされてしまった。全て計算された笑いなのだ。まさに完璧である。

連載されていたのは随分昔なので、今の若い子達は読んだことのない作品かもしれない。これを読まないまま成長していくのは勿体無い事なので、是非読んでいただきたい。

この人の作品はおもしろいですねー。
ジャンプ系の作家さんたちは、
割と作品がマンネリに陥りやすいように
思うのですが、この人は違います。
いつも、いっぱいいっぱいで書いてる印象ありなのに、
そのくせ、きちんと作品仕上げてきます（絵は荒れますが・・・）。

そいで、この作品は幽々白書のような
王道ジャンプ作品の後の、
ガス抜き的な作品だと思うのですが、
幽々白書で溜まった毒が適度に吐かれていて、
ゆったりとした感じの作品でありながら、
ちょっと病んでいたりもして、
痺れる作品です。

富樫氏独特の哀愁あるストーリーもばっちりあるので、
色々な人に読んでもらいたい作品です。

他の方々も言っているとおり、
この人がこんな感じで
時間を置いて、しっかり作品を練ると
とんでもないものを作るので、
ハンターはまだまだ終わって欲しくない作品ではあるものの、
次は青年誌でバガボンドのような形態をとった
長編を読んでみたいものです。

いっぱいいっぱいでも
ものすごくおもしろいので。
