この漫画のストーリーは、
人間に才能を与える種「サイダネ」
天の国の天使、てんてんくんは、サイダネとまちがえて、梅干を人間に与えてしまいます。
それがばれて、天の国から追放されたてんてんくんは、サイダネではなく、梅干をさずかった人間「ヒデユキ」の本当の才能を探さなければなりません。

そして、てんてんくんとヒデユキの、サイダネ探しが始まる・・・。
と、いう話です。
ギャグ漫画ですけれど、どこか心が温まります。
ギャグ漫画好きの人には、必需品ですよ？

人間に才能を与える種「サイダネ」…。
人間は生まれる前にそのサイダネを神様から受け取ります。
しかし天の国のみならい天使テンテンくんのぐーたらによって一人の少年が
サイダネと間違えて梅干を受け取ってしまうのです。
それがばれてしまい天の国から追放されてしまうテンテンくん…、

サイダネではなく、梅干をさずかった人間「桜ヒデユキ」の本当の才能を
探さなければなりません。天使テンテン君のボケと人間の桜君の
ナイスつっこみがいい味をだしていてギャグ漫画としてとてもいいです！
笑えます！分かり易い物語なので（だけど面白い！）何の抵抗もなく読めますｖ
理屈なしのギャグ漫画ですが「人間の生まれ持った才能」を描いた

何か生きる上で壮大なテーマがある様に思えます…。

これも「発掘しなくていい才能を無理矢理発掘した」典型的な例。
結果として、ジャンプの質の低下を内外にアピールしただけだった。
読めても小学校の低学年までだろう。勿論、男の子限定・・・・。
そこから考えても掲載の雑誌を間違えていると思う。
「ボンボン」か「コロコロ」ならこんなに叩かれなかったと思う。
というか、無視されて消えた可能性も高い。アニメ化も「何かの間違い」だったと今でも信じている。
