主人公の音女は幸せな結婚を夢見る25歳。趣味はお菓子作り。
高校時代の家庭教師・ツッチーと再会し、彼の勤める洋菓子店で働く事に。
そこには女嫌い(?)のオーナーシェフ・大門がいて…。

きら先生の漫画を読むのは実に久しぶり。相変わらず素朴なタッチの絵が可愛いです。
主人公の揺れ動く乙女心も巧く描かれてます。
音女はちょっと夢見がちだけど前向きで可愛い女性。仕事もキッチリこなすし、菓子作りの才能も有り。
女は使えないと散々の大門も徐々に音女を認めつつありますね。
タイプの違う二人の男・ツッチーと大門。イケメンでフェミニストのツッチーもいいですが、私は掴みどころのない大門が面白くてお気に入りです。
自分の事は一切語らない大門。いろいろ秘密がありそうですよね。音女でなくとも気になっちゃいます。
主人公の恋の行方とパティシエとしての成長がとても楽しみです。

待ちに待った「パティモン」第1巻！！

『失業中の主人公・山崎音女（オトメ）は、
お菓子作りが趣味のごく普通の女性。
ある日、ブログの訪問者からメールが届いたので見てみると、
高校時代にお世話になった憧れの家庭教師の先生からで･･･』

という、極めてありがちな展開から始まるのですが、
そこからして既に主人公が乙女モード全開で
読んでるほうも胸がキュンとして少し照れます（笑）
「恋愛には不慣れ」「運命の人は待っていれば現れる」という
最近の漫画には出てこないような純粋なところが可愛らしいです。
きら作品の主人公は、『まっすぐにいこう』『シンクロオンチ！』
などから見ると、ごく普通な感じの女性が多いので親近感があり、
読んでるうちに自然と感情移入できるところもポイントです。

最近ではすっかりお馴染みになった「パティシエ」という職業ですが
その裏側を知る機会はなかなかないので、この作品を読んで
かなりイメージが変わりました。
パティシエに興味がある方にはオススメだと思います。

個人的に、ツッチー（先生）よりも大門がツボです！（笑）
こういう（寝）クセのある男性キャラには目がない･･･。
これから音女がパティシエとしてどう成長していくかはもちろん、
微妙な恋愛関係にもぜひとも注目していきたいですね。

夢見がちだけど頑張り屋の主人公オトメに好感が持てます。
仕事も恋愛も、上手くいかない事があるけどメゲずにがんばろうと言う気にさせてくれます。
男二人に女一人、これから仲が深まって行きそうなのに、なぜかドロドロしすぎない。
ほのぼのしながらも続きが気になる素敵な漫画です。
