雑誌「ＹＯＵ」で連載され、ＴＢＳテレビでドラマ化もされたので、知っている人も多いのではないでしょうか。
ひとりっ娘の「あすか」を中心にし、両親ともに成長していく姿を描く、まさに「ぽっかぽか」な家族のドラマです。

最初は、「はは」もタバコをふかしたりぐうたらしすぎとちょっとはらはら気味ですが、巻を重ねるごとにだんだんと落ち着きをとり始め、「ちょうどいいぐうたら」になっていきます。
家族３人が、他愛ないことでもお互いに気持ちを伝えあい、大事につむいでいく様には、時にはうなずかされ、時には泣かされることでしょう。

話の途中で、だれかがふとささやく一言、これがキモですね、相手を思いやる、きれいな言葉が多いです。

家族だけではなく、近所に住む人たちもいろいろな問題を抱えつつも魅力的で、ドラマの彩を添えてくれます。
最近では、社会問題にもなっている「児童虐待」を問題に話をすすめてみたり、作者もなかなか考えながら話を練っているようです。

また、秀作のために熱い気持ちをもってぽっかぽかのサイトを立ち上げてる人もいるようなので、そちらものぞいてみてはいかが？

そんじょそこらのぐうたらではなく、
彼女、麻美には麻美の画一したオリジナリティがそこにある。
ごく自然で、気張らず、焦らず、でも誰より夫を愛し、娘を愛す。
自分にしかできないスタイルで愛情表現をする彼女に
普段見栄を張り続けながら暮らしている自分に
一種の革命を起こしてくれたコミックだった。
ドラマ化もされたけれど、やっぱりオリジナルが読みたくなって。

　はじめ、人にすすめられたとき、まったく読む気がしませんでした。
　人からすすめられた本って、つまらないことが多いですから。（自分もレビュー書いてて何ですが・・・）
　内容は、３人家族の話。なにか特別なことが起きるわけでもなく、日常よくあることばかりです。
　それなのに、どういうわけか読んでて、しあわせな気分になります。

　あと、子どもの考え方が少し理解できるような気がします。
