とにかく迫力がものすごい。
全編カラーの漫画と言うのは初めて見たが
これほどの物があるとは知らなかった。
物語は西遊記を基にしたものだが、
他の西遊記と同じと見ては痛い目にあう。
とにかく常識外れと言うか革新的というか・・・。
ページ数の割には値段が高いと思う人もいるでしょうが
この圧倒的な画力の前にはこのページ数でも十分
お腹いっぱいになれますよ。お勧め。

追加・2005年には第二巻が出るそうです。

寺田先生のオールフルカラーの漫画です。
内容量の割に値段は張りますがカラーですし…。
テンポのよい展開と臨場感がカッコいいです。
絵も綺麗ですし漫画好きさん、寺田先生のファンの方なら一度読んで欲しいものですね。

あの、寺田閣下のフルカラー漫画だ。西遊奇伝って言うくらいなんだから、あの西遊記だよなぁ・・そんな甘くない。今まで数々の猿（斎天大聖）を見てきたけどこれほど最凶な奴はいない。本気で釈迦を仏にするつもりだ！！そして三蔵とのからみが、とにかく可笑しい。しかもこの三蔵（姿は女だけど本体は体内にいる）拘束されまくっています。ベースは西遊記だけど、あくまでベース。寺田テイストが入って、かなり罰当たりな内容。多分、作者自身恐いものがないのだろう（笑）。もう笑うしかない。
