テレビ東京の人気アナ大橋未歩さんの本。内容は、スポーツ取材や番組などを通じて知り合った様々なスポーツ選手のお話から、アナウンサーの仕事について、生い立ちなどなど。

今や女性の人気職業であるアナウンサーという仕事ですが、実はかなり大変なもののようで・・・だから余計やりがいもあり、楽しいのでしょうね。

アルバム形式で小さい頃の写真や今の大橋アナの休日っぽい写真なんかもあります。 知的で可愛くてますます好きになりました。

「女子アナといえばフジテレビ」
その牙城を一人で突き崩している大橋さんの主著。深夜にやってる
「やりすぎコージー」を見てたちまちファンになった私は当然すぐにこの本
を購入しました。グラビア面では少し不満が残るものの、彼女の考えや
想いがよくわかる本です。ま、その意味ではファン向きな本ではあるので
すけどね。
ブラウン管を通して自分に何が求められているのかをよく理解していると
ともに、自分が何をすべきかについて自覚的な方だとよくわかります。
つまり彼女もやっぱりプロという言葉にふさわしい人なんですね。
とにかく、がんばってくださいね、ということで星４つ。

　大橋未歩が局のテレ東のＨＰ上での取材日記や、「週刊プレイボーイ」での連載をまとめた初のフォト＆エッセイだ。彼女は「これを読んでもらえれば、自分を色眼鏡で見る人も多少減るんじゃないかと思う」と、出版に踏み切ったようだ。でもそれはどうなんでしょう。確かに女子アナの仕事の裏側を、様々なイベント（ＷＢＣやアテネ五輪等）を通して、正直に語っていると思う。それはそれで面白いがやはり興味は自身の生い立ちやプライベートなんですよね。
　読んでて気になったのは、写真週刊誌に載った時のこと。室長に呼ばれて、「好きなのか？」と聞かれ、「はいっ！」って。うーん。改めて本人から文字といえども公表されると哀しいー。
おっと写真ですが、これぞグラビアというものありません。でも俺の感性に訴えてきた写真はありました。高校時代の応援団らしき姿の写真。細身で凄い美人。これは男がほっとかないなあ。それと彼女の休日をイメージした写真。タンクトップにエプロン姿で登場。二の腕のプニプニ感が伝わり感激です。（笑）
評価は期待が大きすぎた事と、内容にもう一捻り欲しかったという事で、辛目の★★です。でも悪いわけじゃないですよ！
