著者とその娘のやりとりがすごく面白くて笑っちゃいます。
著者はちょっとした事ですぐに憤慨してしまう。
娘は「はいはい」と言う感じで冷めた態度。
それにまた憤慨する著者(笑)
著者の言い回しはとてもユーモアたっぷりで
読み終えるまでに何度爆笑した事か。
実はうちの母も性格的に似ていて、親子で
楽しく読ませていただきました。

佐藤愛子さんは人間的にすごく魅力のある人だと思います。
いま、続々と佐藤愛子さんの本を購入しています。
今度はなにを買おうかな。

佐藤愛子さんの「娘と私シリーズ」は全て大好きですが、この旅行記もホントに面白いです♪

エジプトを中心に様々な国を親子＋カメラマンで周っていくのですが、“よくこれだけ珍事が次から次へと起こるなぁ〜”ってあきれてしまうくらい、面白い出来事が次々と起こるんですよね。日本でも面白い事件だらけの二人なのに、海外に行ったらどうなることやら…と思っていたら予想通りのハプニングの連続！で、佐藤愛子さんがお決まりの（？）憤怒っぷりを披露してくれたりマイペースな響子ちゃんがそれをサラ〜ッと流したり…とにかくこの二人のやりとりがとても面白くて何度読み返しても笑ってしまいます。
ただの“笑えるエッセイ”ではなく、行く先々の観光地のこともいろいろ書いてあって興味深いですし、旅行記としても楽しめる一冊なのではないかな、と思いますよ。
