自由についての世界観(?)を表した本。


達成したという気持ちは人から設定されたゴールに行き着いた時に生まれるもの。本当にそう思う。

森さんとは違う捉え方で読んだ。

自分で設定した何かを出来た時、私でも出来るなんて、ちっぽけなモノと思う。

もっとこうしたい、こうすれば良くなる、普通の人はそうやって成長するんだろう。

言葉には出さない人も多いだろう。

言葉を発して意味のある人なんてごく一部だ。

森さんのような人。

発して自己啓発できるならすればいい。意味がないなら発さなければいい。

意見がすべて通るわけではない日常。雑用も多いこの日常。
自分の得意分野を生かす仕事は雑用に近い。
何も“仕事”しなくても生活できる日常はなんて自由なんだろう。

与えられた課題へと、自分の課題への時間のバランスを思った通りにできるなんて、私はなんて自由なんだろう。

苦しみが少ないことは一種の幸せであり、不幸でもあるだろう。

もう一度読もう。

思い通りにならず抑圧された日々を過ごしている社会人。多くの人たちが程度の差こそあれ、自由になりたいと思っているのではないでしょうか。

そもそも「自由」とは何なのか？たまには「自由」について考えてみるのも悪くはないと思いつつ、本書を手に取ってみました。日常に生きるわれわれの多くは、哲学者でも思想家でもありません。難解な「自由論」にアレルギーを感じる人も多いことでしょう。でも、この本は、のめりこんで一気に読み上げてしまいました。

筆者は自由を「自分の思い通りになること」と説明します。

とかく人は自分の意志で決めたと思っていても、実は他人の目を気にしたり、常識に支配されていないでしょうか？

自分の正直な心に従って思い通りに生きることを忘れていいる皆さん、心の内なる声に耳を傾け、自由をつくり、自在にいきてみませんか？
