ドイツ人のジョークはつまらないというのが世の通説。しかしながら、なかなかどうして、結構笑えるジョークがあった。原著から半分ぐらいに厳選してあるということで、１０個に１個ぐらいのペースでは笑えた。

読むときに注意すべきは、オチがわからないからといってそのネタを読み直してしまうこと。そんなときはオチを見落としたのではなく、元々オチがないネタなわけで、いちいち読み返してしまうとなかなか先に進めない。その辺を覚悟しておかないとドイツ人のジョークは理解できないのである。うーん、奥が深い。
