普段、俺が思っていたことを、うまく文章にしているなと思いました。

働くお母さんのための本ではなく、
社会の矛盾、問題点を浮き彫りにした、社会派提案書といえるでしょう。

働くお母さん。もしくは、今後働くお母さんになる人。
なりたい人。
もし、嫌なことがあったり、悩んだりしたときは、
この本を、あなたが読むのではなく、
あなたを悩ます夫や、おじいさんおばあさん。
会社の上司、同僚、などなどに、読んでもらってください。
彼らが、読んでくれそうにないのなら、
この本を右手にケンカを売り、
この本でひっぱたくように（笑）強力な武器になります。

さて、冗談はこれくらいで、そこまでしなくても、
保育所の選び方や、病気の対応など、実用的なところも多く、
参考にできると思います。
また、理解のない人たちに、どう対応してきたか、
先輩たちの言葉に、うなづくことも多いのではないでしょうか。

この本がいうとおり、現在でも何かしら働くお母さんのほうが多く、
今後も、働いていくお母さんは増え続けていくのは明白です。
だからこそ、今の制度や思想を変えていく必要があり、
それが、よりよい社会になる第一歩に直結しているのです。

国会のオヤジたちは、本当に、少子高齢化を考えているのでしょうか？
この本を右手にケンカを売りたいっす。

著者は保育園を考える親の会、とかなんとかいう団体の代表の方。
なので保育園系の図書を読んだことのある方なら目にしたことがあるお名前、内容かもしれませんが、参考になります。
世の中の育児本（特に雑誌系）は「専業ママ」を対象にしている感じがして、うちには当てはまらない、という方におすすめと思います。

保育園の選び方、考え方から家事分担まで幅広く、ダンナに読んでもらう、という使い方もあるかも。

第１子の育児休業中、復職が不安でこのまま離職しようかとも考えているときにこの本に出会いました。保育園の現状や共働きの生活に関して、具体的な内容が多くとても参考になりました。この本に出会って、仕事を続けられたと言っても過言ではありません。
実際、働いてみると、復職前の不安がうそのように充実した生活を送ることができています。何とかなります。子供を預けて働きたいけど・・と迷われている方に是非読んでいただきたい本です。お勧めします。
