　独断と偏見に満ちすぎている。
　独断と偏見でいくなら、ユーモアや毒も盛り込んで欲しいところ。
　筆者の活動SAYの内容にも、首を傾げてしまう。
　本の中身より、挿絵の内田春菊の人生やコメントのほうが断然面白い。
　内田春菊はなぜこの本の仕事を引き受けたのだろう？という疑問がわくだけの本。

　『恋愛の基礎』が面白かったので、この著者にはちょっと関心があった。マンガ家・槇村さとるのパートナーらしいとか(法的な関係は知らないけど)、性(交)体験がなくて悩んでいる女性相談者にオトコを紹介したりする、世間的な常識からするとかなり過激なセックス・カウンセリング業を営んでいるとか(その一端は、本書からも伺える)、で、web上で写真を探してみると、これがガハハハハッとか笑いそうなオッチャンなのですよ。うーん…そこがいいのかもね。
　『恋愛の基礎』を読んだ限りでは、かなり論理的に議論を展開できる人という印象でしたが、本書ではずいぶん肩の力が抜けています。初出媒体が「ヤングユー」ですから、あまり硬い文章など読みそうにない若い女性読者層(失礼！)を想定したのでしょうか。それにしても、ところどころ筋の追えない主張をしている部分が目につきました(例えば第１章、離婚のあり方から女性の自由と権利の状況を考える件り(p11から)で日本の歴史を持ち出すんですが、正直言って議論が混乱していると思いました。同様の混乱は他にもあります)。
　ただ「身内の学者以外、誰が読むんだ、こんなモン！」と怒り出したくなるようなフェミニズム本が多い中、広く悩める衆生(主に♀）に届く分かりやすい言葉で書かれた本書は、それなりに侮れないと思う。少なくとも、私には不愉快な本ではなかった。
　あと、内田春菊のイラスト・マンガは確かにいい味出している。

ショッキングピンクの目を引く春菊姐ぇのイラストの表紙が
手に取るのも、レジに出すのもちょっと気が引けたけど
タイトルと表紙のインパクトに魅かれて買ってしまいましたぁ

タイトルにある男というのはこの世の全ての男性をさしているわけではありません
もっとフォーカスを絞るなら
"日本の男に大人なんていない？！"　とするべきでしょう
