初めて著者の本を読みました。ごはんを作ることに疲れ気味だった私を、料理をしたくて仕方がなくさせてくれた本です。

料理の手順や作り方にも、どうしてこうしなければいけないかといったことが説明されているので、納得できて憶えやすいです。

料理ばかりか生活も楽しくしてくれた著者とこの本に感謝です。

著者の本を初めて購入しました。

レシピが簡単でおいしいです。蒸し物の「豚の梅蒸し」は、
ぜーんぶ日本の素材なのに、どこかエスニックで好きでした。
「卵蒸し」も美味しそう。

私もこんな生き方がしたいなぁ、なーんて、
憧れるような著者自身の生活スタイルが魅力です。

平松さんの本は大好きでエッセイ関係はほとんど全部読んでいますが
この本はその「総まとめ」と言った感じです。
これを最初に買った人は、いろいろ書かれていてなんてお得！
と思うかもしれませんが、私にとっては、重複している内容ばかりで
読み応えはありませんでした。
それにいつものイキの良い平松さんの文章と違って何だか大人しい

感じ・・・。教科書のような・・・？？
まあ、お手ごろ価格だったから良かったですが
（通販で知らない本を買うのは難しい！）
