半額弁当に情熱を注ぐ熱血コメディ。

半額弁当を買おうと手を伸ばした佐藤洋は
突然何かに吹っ飛ばされ床に倒れていた。
そこは半額弁当をめぐって戦いが繰り広げられる
＜狼＞たちの戦場だった。

主人公の洋は「氷結の魔女」と呼ばれる先輩、槍水仙に出会ったことをきっかけとして
半額弁当に対する情熱に目覚め、その想いは最終的に確固たるものになります。
その他のキャラも個性的で、洋の戦いにおいての成長に重要な役割を果たします。

一つ一つのギャグがとにかく面白くて爆笑です。
シリアスな雰囲気での戦闘、その目的が半額弁当という
ギャップがこの作品においての根源的な笑いの要素です。

読後感も非常に爽快で久々に楽しめた作品でした。

レビュータイトルは気にしないでください。

この物語は半額になった弁当をめぐる熱き戦いの様子を描いた作品です。と、言っても別に血や臓物が飛び散ったりみたいなのではなく、もっと爽やか感じ(例:夕焼け空の下、河原で殴り合って最後は土手に寝転がりながら…っぽいやつ?)な内容です。
とにかく読み終わった後は純粋に面白かったって思いました。なんとなく『学校の階段』を読んでるような感じかな?

たかが弁当、されど弁当。
……でもやっぱり弁当、それも半額で売りたたかれた弁当。
これはそんな弁当を心から愛し、本気で求め合う姿を描いたとんでもない問題作（褒め言葉）です。

とにかく最初から熱い熱いギャグが飛び交います。本人たちは大まじめなんだけど、その大まじめなバトルがどこかズレてて、電車の中で笑いをこらえるのが大変でした。これだけハジケた生活、楽しそうだなあ。
気分が沈んだ時、気分を入れ替えたい時、一冊お伴にいかがでしょう？
