大好きなケンタロウの本。思わず手にとってレジに走ったが、やっぱり買ってよかった。身近にある材料でさっと作れそうで、「やってみよう」という気持ちにさせてくれます。こむずかしい事抜き！おいしく食べるために手早く楽しく作る。基本はコレです。

数あるケンタロウ本の中でも食卓の上に
登場回数が多いです。
真ん中にケンタロウ密着ページもあり
ケンタロウファンにはうれしいと思います。
(ファンでない人にはあまり･･･ですが)
男の人でも作ってみようとおもえる簡単レシピが多いらしく
旦那が作ってくれるのはこの本の中からが多いです。

題名と表紙からあまったる~い「彼女が彼に作ってあげる料理集」を予想していたけど、そんな感じじゃありません。
どちらかというと、彼氏が率先して作る感じの本に受け取れました。(実際そういう男性読者が何人か参加する章もある。)ダイナミックで簡単な、男の料理っぽいレシピが多いです。逆にいうと、男はこういう料理が好きってのが分かる本です。

だからやっぱり女の子必見です！「ふたりいっしょの朝ごはん」の章など、彼氏のポイントアップ間違いなしです。しかも簡単だし。
