扶桑社から出ている野菜料理の本が実用的な内容なのに比べなんだかレシピの数も少ないし高い・・・料理をこれから始めようという世代にはオシャレな本もいいですけど、料理本なんだから内容も充実させてほしいです。写真はすてきなんですけど・・

他に何冊か持ってる著者の本がコンパクト（Ａ5位）だったので
まず届いて、こんなにでかいの！？と驚きました。
（こちらの商品詳細にもサイズ書いてありましたね）
雑誌くらいの大きさです。

なのに…見開きにレシピは一品分+写真という
箇所が結構あり、文字も小さく字間行間が空きすぎて読みにくい。
表紙カバーも汚れやすそうな紙で台所に置きにくいし…
以前ＬＥＥの付録になったレシピは殆んど載ってるようです。

レシピ自体は作ってみたい物も結構ありますが、何と言うか
このサイズにしては部分的にスカスカな感じもして、
こんなに編集に不満を感じる本も久々です。
出せば売れるから、みたいな感じで出したような。

同編集部で雅姫さん本も乱発しているだけに
なんだかなと思ってしまうのでした…。
ムック本扱いだからこんなものなの？

野菜を使ったレシピ（お菓子も後半に少し）著者のエッセイが少し。
野菜別で作ってあるのもあるのでここは便利だと思います。
お豆腐のあんかけなど、よくリピートしてます。
レシピは重宝するけど編集で台無しなのが残念。

ここに載ってるレシピを元にたくさん夕食を作りました。
家族も彼氏も大満足！！
作る私も、簡単なのに見た目はおしゃれで大満足です。
栗原さんの新しい本を欲しくてアマゾンを覗いていてこの本があったので思わずコメントしてしまいました＾＾
「おしゃれに、簡単に」という方にはかなりおすすめですよ！
