多少料理が出来る人ならわざわざ購入したいと思えるような
特筆すべき料理がありませんでした。
また、他の料理研究家さんが先に公表しているレシピを
自分のオリジナルかのように紹介しているのもどうかと思います。
正直、がっかりしました。

ブログも時々見させていただいていますが、もう少し使えるレシピを載せて欲しかったので残念です。
手抜きレシピ・スピードレシピの類の本は他にもたくさん出ていますし、あえてこれを選ぶよりも、初心者向けの基本の料理のレシピ本を買ったほうがいいんじゃないかな…(この本のレシピは初心者レベルなので)。

石黒さん、というよりこの内容でOKを出した編集さんに疑問…。つけあわせの小鉢のレシピのみの本とかならかなり重宝したのに。

石黒さんのファンが買うなら、何も問題ないと思いますが。
