2007年度版を用い、合格することができました。

本屋で読み比べ、「みやざき講師のブログ」も参考にして本書を選んだのですが、法律未習者の私にも分かりやすかったと思います。

ただ、過去問を解く段階になって、権利関係の分野で過去問との間に難易度のギャップを感じました。時間が許せば、LECの権利関係のみを扱ったテキストなどで補うのも良いのかもしれません。宅建業法、法令上の制限、税・その他は、非常に分かりやすかったです。総じて、本書の冒頭にあるように、「過去問の知識のエッセンス」を無駄なく身につけられたと思います。

他に用いたテキストは、ユーキャンの「過去＆予想問題集」、住宅新報社の「パーフェクト宅建過去問10年間」です。ユーキャンの問題集だけでは不十分と感じましたので、住宅新報社やTACの出している10年分の過去問は必ずやった方が良いと思います。

市販テキストの中で１番内容が充実していて、説明が初学者目線で丁寧です。
特に独学者が挫折しやすい「宅建業法」「法令上の制限」は
他の市販テキストと比べてズバ抜けて説明がうまいと思います。
「１冊」にまとめてあるから価格も安いし、勉強しやすい！

ただ、悪い点を挙げるとすれば「紙質が薄い」と言う点でしょうか
ページをめくりにくく、少し残念です。

内容重視で安価なテキストをお求めの受講者には１番オススメです。

今年受けて、こちらの本と問題集の二冊で合格ラインを超えました。(発表はまだですが…)
過去問をやってみると権利関係の内容が浅すぎる気がしますが、出題数が少ないので問題ないかと思います。
