I bought this book because I thought it would be easy to understand (I can't read Japanese) since there were SO many pictures. I was right! It has been easy to follow and fun to do all the exercises. I have practiced Yoga for many years and I really enjoy the combination of poses with facial expressions. It is like two for the price of one! It is a great idea and a great book! I highly recommend this book to anyone!!

始めて1週間で気になっていたほうれい線が目立たなくなってきました。さらにメイクの時チークをのせる位置が高くなったように思います。こんなに早く効果を実感できてますますやる気になっています。様々な美容法がありますが、いつでもどこでも行えるフェイスヨガは簡単で確実な効果が得られる最新の美容法だと思います。高価な化粧品やエステに頼らなくても自分自身で表情筋を鍛えることによって顔色が良くなったり、肌が生き生きとしてくるということがはっきりと分かりました。悩みに合わせて分かりやすく解説している本書は私の美容バイブルとなりそうです。

ヨガなど全く興味はなかったのですが、年齢とともにでてくる顔のたるみは気になっていたので、
試しに買ってやってみました。
　そんなにひどくないのですが、2重あごが気になっていたので、そのエクササイズ（アンテナの
ポーズ）だけ一週間くらい、朝と夜顔を洗う時（この時しか鏡を見ないので）に数回やりました。

いや、なんと！効いたのです！
これはいいですね。あごのあたりがすっきり！
これはびっくり。

しかし少しなまけてると、また、あぶなくなってきた。
やはり、読むだけでやせたりする本とかではありませんでした。
