オリガミにはまっている私が2冊目に買った本がこれ。
お友達にお裾分けするのに、ちょこちょこって折って箱を作ったり
オリジナルのクリスマスカードを作ったり、
かなり広い範囲で使えます。
折り方もあまり難しいものではなく、あとは、いかにセンスの良い
紙を見付けるか！が問題なんでしょうね。
センス良い日本の伝統ってとても素敵だと思います。

バランスの取れた、とても良心的な本だと思います。この内容だったらとてもお買い得だと思います。
・きちんと基本が解説されている。
・掲載されているものの種類が多い。
・また、いわゆる折り紙で作る箱など以外に、ぽち袋やのし紙や祝い包みなど、日本の伝統のものもたくさん紹介されているのも嬉しい。
・紹介されているものが易しいものから難しいものまで幅がある。
・難しいものも奇をてらうような折り方ではない(なんと言うか、素直でオーソドックス)。
・折り方の説明が、手書きイラストなどではなく、きちんとした正確な図で、記号の入り方なども適切。説明が、簡潔であり、なおかつ分かり易い。
・ほどよくセンスが良い。(野暮ということはない。また、先端に走りすぎてもいることもない)

全てにセンス良く、見ているだけでも楽しく、夜な夜な折り紙手元にこの1冊と過ごしています。紙と作品がとてもよくマッチして、作者と編集者の色彩感覚等に感動もの！紙にも興味津々となり、紙店探索するようになってしまいました。これを手にしてから他の折り紙本を見たり購入していますが、これは持っていて絶対に損はしませんよ。
