８年前に会社の定期検診でＣ型肝炎だと医者から告げられました。インターフェロン治療も行いましたが、残念ながら治りませんでした。友人の医者に、上手に病気と付き合うのも一つの治療だとのアドバイスをもらい自分の健康管理、食事等々に気をつけてきました。

数日前に、書店でこの本を手にして直ぐに購入しました。それは、まず、著者の谷医師の病気に対する考え方が目を引きました。「Ｃ型肝炎になった事は、けっして不幸ではありません」「病気は、自分の人生を転換するチャンス」と、８年間一日もＣ型肝炎の事を忘れた事がなかった私に、衝撃的なアドバイスを読み直ぐに購入しました。私の人生の考え方を変える本の一冊になるかと思います。
Ｃ型肝炎に対する新しい情報や料理法など盛りだくさん!の今日から活用できる情報が満載なのも、私には大変ありがたいと思います。
最近読んだ本で、いち押しです。

私の夫は今年の健康診断でＣ型肝炎と診断されました。インターフェロン治療をすすめられましたが、副作用ことなどを考えるとなかなか踏み切れず、今に至っています。ネットでこの本のタイトルを見つけ、読んでみたところ、田七酵素とキノコ菌糸体エキスが大変効果があるとのこと。いま、それら機能性食品を取り寄せて試していたところです。まだ結果は出ていませんが、肝臓の数値が少し下がり、Ｃ型肝炎を診断されたときより、何だか元気が出てきたようです。当分、この方法を続けてみたいと思いました。また、著者の谷荘吉さんの病気に対する考え方にとても励まされ、夫婦揃って、希望をもって治療に取り組もうという気持ちになりました。
