菜の花ってそのまま切ればいい？茹でるの？
そんなことも分からなかった私に救世主的な本が現れました。
キャベツや白菜の切り方、魚の下ろし方など
他の料理本では省略されてしまう基礎の基礎が
１コマずつ写真で載っています。
さらに選び方や保存方法が１種類ずつ書いてあるので
本当に基本が身につく本だなって思います。
載っている料理も一般的な材料で作り方も簡単です。
寒天も満足に作れない私が家族に褒められる料理を
作る事ができたんで、本当にオススメです（*^_^*）

料理なんてしたことがなかった私が結婚して直ぐに買った本。
野菜や魚の扱い方、切り方、旬の時期、保存方法、
レシピが載っていて料理初心者にお勧めの本です。
なのでお料理に自信のある方にはお勧めしません。
たまに、私の口には合わないレシピ、
「我が家ではこんなもの入れなーい」というレシピも
ありますが、それは個人差があるものとして・・・・

この本をベースに今後は、同決定版シリーズを集めて
料理の研究をしていくつもりです。

料理のイロハを知らずに世間一般のレシピを読むと、
「にんじんは拍子切りに」「水加減はひたひたで」と
心得のある人には当たり前かもしれないキーワードで
いちいち悩んでしまったりする。
また、恥ずかしくって隣の奥様には聞けなかったりする。

この本のよいところは、こういう基礎の基礎を
写真や図解でわかりやすく説明してあるところにある。
例えば、
・調理器具の使いかた（包丁、etc）
・各種調味料などの説明
（瓶とかの写真付きで、どれを買えばいいかわかる）
・食材ひとつひとつの基本的な調理方法
（切りかたとか、水にさらしたりとか、もんだりとか）

このような、家庭科の授業か、
はたまた親からでもないと習えないような基礎が
ひとつひとつちゃんと書かれているのがとても助かった。
食材をベースに「この食材ではこんな料理」というように
書かれていることも便利。

あまり難しい料理は扱っていないこともウレしい。
しかも作ってみるとどれも予想以上に旨い。
「はじめての・・」という題ですが、
これだけできれば十分な気がします。

とてもわかりやすくておいしかったのでおすすめ。
