シバサキ先生の集大成ともいえる本です。
これ一冊があれば他の本を買う必要はないですね。
今年出た本のストレッチもほとんどこれに入っています。
ただ、気になることが一つ。
ストレッチのやり方が従来と異なるものが散見されること。
私みたく、この先生の本を多数持っている人にとっては
「どれが本当？」と考えさせられます。

ストレッチをする時って、本を開きっぱなしにして行いますよね。
でもこの本は開いてもすぐ閉じてしまうんですよ・・・。
結構しっかり折り目をつけても閉じてしまうんで、これってストレスですよね。
それとストレッチの説明が不親切なのも気になります。
押すって書いてあってもどっちの方向か分かりません。

もっと矢印か何かを書いてくれても良いのではないでしょうか。

かわいいイラストで、簡単にストレッチができます。ストレッチには色々な種類があり、どれもシンプル。こういったものにありがちな「２０回×３セット」といった気の重くなる記載はなし！色々なストレッチを、自分のお好みで組合わせてできるのも良い。何より、効果がすぐ現れました！見事なO脚でしたが、やり始めて２週間くらいで、ほとんど隙間がなくなりました。ちょっとさぼっていたら、戻ってしまいましたが、あわててストレッチしたら、２日後には隙間がなくなりましたよ♪O脚で悩んでいる方には、ぜひオススメしたいです。
