お弁当の日はいつも憂鬱、一生懸命きれいにつくったわりには子どもの評判はいまひとつ。でも、これを見たら、どんと来い、お弁当！になりました。作り方も簡単だし、前日の夕食の献立からの応用まで載っていて、実に心強い。季節にあわせたメニューもあるのでこれもマル！です。ただ、調理例の写真が最近のおしゃれな料理本のようにぼやけた感じで掲載されているので弁当箱のスミまで見て、その料理を参考にしたい！と思う私のような人にはその点だけ不満が残るかも｡写真の雰囲気はとってもおいしそうなんですが、、。

私達の連想するお弁当は　いわゆる　幕の内弁当で、
本当の意味でのお弁当ってこうなんだよ、と
分かりやすい文章と写真で　とっても読みやすかったです。

常備菜や冷凍品の活用など、分かりやすくレシピがあって
とっても　楽にお弁当作りができる方法で
毎日のお弁当作りが　苦痛でなくなりました。

いかにして　おかずを綺麗に美味しそうに詰めるかよりも、
ごはんを美味しくたくさん食べて貰えるように作ればイイだなんて、
お弁当のイメージが１８０度変わっちゃいますよ♪

粗食のすすめ、子供こんだてなど、幕内先生の本は、簡単でおいしく、体に良いので愛読しています。今回は、子供の入園にあたり、子どもべんとうを購入しました。これまで、お弁当作りを重荷に感じていたのですが、この本を読んで肩の荷が下りた感じがしました。見た目をかわいく凝るよりも、ふりかけを手作りしてお弁当にいれてあげるほうが、ずっと愛情のこもったお弁当になるとこの本を読んで感じました。
