２０代の女性は本当に大変。仕事も恋もちゃんとやりたい、という頑張る女性は、えてして社会の不条理を感じることも多いもの。
この本には、本当に生きるレシピが沢山です。いかに楽しく、美しく生きるか。そういうヒントが沢山つまっています。
実際に自分とそっくり重なるテーマは少なかったけれど、どこかしらで感じていることが沢山出てきて「そうそう！そうなのよ！」と思わず言いたくなると思います。
実際に悩みが当てはまる人にとっては、バイブル的存在になると確信しています。
読んで、心から綺麗になりましょう。

齋藤薫さんの本は女性に元気を与えてくれます。

わたしは仕事のことで自己嫌悪に陥っているときにこの本を読みました。
「つらくて当たり前なのが仕事」という言葉には本当にうなづくばかりです。
もちろん、この本は仕事だけでなく、恋愛や人間関係においても気持ちの持ち方の上でヒントになる言葉が沢山散りばめられています。

是非、同年代の女性（２０代中~後半）に読んで欲しいと思う一冊です。

~タイトルのごとく、なるほど＝と思えることが書いてあり、最近ちょっと嫌なことがあったりしたのですが、この本で楽になりました。
とくに「どうだろう？」って言葉でしめてある章があって、そうねぇ…などと思わずなっとくしたり、また、「~だ」と断言したようにしめてある章では、フム、となっとくもできた。カバーにある著者の写真はとても美しく、こん~~な美しい人から潔い言葉が綴られること自体すがすがしいと思います。
