私自身が神経症うつ病と診断されています。

正直、うつ病に関しての知識がほとんどない状態
でこの本を読んだんですが、すごく参考になりま
したね。

本人ですらわからないことが、この本にはちゃん
とわかりやすく載せてくれているので、自分の病
気に対して理解をし、その上で治療を受けている
から、少し救われた気になったかも。

もちろん家族にも読んでもらって、自分だけでなく、
周りで同じようにうつ病になっている人の手助けを
してあげられる、そういう本だと思います。

うつ病のおさらいから始まって、うつの人はどんな状態なのか、周囲はどうケアすればよいかなどが分かりやすく丁寧に書かれています。読む側に不快感を与えない優しい言葉づかいが、読む側の不安を取り払ってくれます。また当事者として、なかなか伝えられない心の内を代弁してくれる本として、周囲の人へ安心して薦められる本だと感じました。

~私自身　うつ病ですが　この病気の苦しさの一つに　家族でもこの病気を理解しにくい点が　あげられます。
ただ単に　なまけている　元気がないなら散歩でもとか　頑張れば直るのでは　といったふうに　なってしまいがちです。
うつ病は　頑張りすぎたので発病したので　頑張って　気力を入れて治す病気ではないからです。
~~
家族の協力がないと　この病気は回復しないのです。
この書籍はQ&Aの　わかりやすく具体例をあげて　患者の家族が相談に乗ってくれているカウンセラーのような感じが　非常に好感を持ちました。
家族に読んで貰い　心の苦しさから徐々に解放されてきています。~
