　アロマテラピーに関係した部分では、カラーで非常によかったです。とくに写真で手順を示してあるのでわかりやすいです。 　ハーブやバッチ療法についても触れています。ハーブティーの処方がのっているのもユニークだと思います。 　バッチやハーブに興味がなく、アロマテラピーのことだけ知りたいのならば、かえって他の本の方がお勧めだと思います。

アロマテラピーの基礎を知りたくて購入しました。
写真も多く、説明も初心者向けに詳しくて大変参考になりました。
（初心者じゃない人には向かないかも・・・）
載っている基材もアロマテラピーの商品を扱っている店ならどこでも
おいている物なのですぐにでも出来ます。

最近、癒し関係が流行っていて、アロマテラピーという言葉をよく耳にしますが、「興味はあるけどよくわからない‥」という人にはお勧めです。
精油の簡単な使い方や、組み合わせ方法、体調に合わせたブレンド方などが載っていて、買ったらすぐに精油を購入したくなります。

ただ、資格を取ろうとしている人は、参考までに‥の方がいいと思います。検定の問題の答え方が違う点があります。
