大和和紀の源氏物語は、素晴らしい！着物の柄、女性の長い髪、丁寧に書きこまれた風景・・・。原文を読むだけでは思い浮かばなかった物語の背景が、見事に絵で表現されています。雅で美しく、思わず見とれてしまいます。誰かが、大和和紀は「現代によみがえった紫式部」だと言っていましたが、本当にそう思えるほど見事に、原作に忠実に仕上がっています。

絵だけではなく話の方も、千年前に書かれたものとは思えないほど新鮮で面白い。学校の古文の授業も、この本を読めば楽しくなること請負です。私もこのおかげで古文のテストの点がずいぶん上がりました。まさに一石二鳥。

千年語り継がれているだけあって、とても魅力的な内容です。

帝の御子として生まれ、世の栄華を極めた光源氏と、あまたの恋人達の物語。光源氏の美しさもさることながら、姫君たちも１人ひとりに個性があり、魅力的です。私が特に好きなのは、葵の上・雲居の雁・秋好中宮です。でもやはり、源氏の君が特別に愛したのは、藤壺の宮・紫の上・明石の御方でしょうね・・・。彼の人生を狂わせた、朧月夜・女三の宮にも注目です。

ただこの本の唯一の欠点は、女性の顔の見分けがつきにくいこと。数が多いうえに髪形も似ているので、見分けるのが大変です・・・。

古典が嫌い、漫画なんか読まないと言う人も、ぜひ読んでみてください。勉強にもなるし、きっと感動できると思います。この本を通して、もっともっと現代の人が源氏物語に興味を持ってくれるようになりますように。

源氏物語を知ってみたいなと思い、購入したのがきっかけ。

すぐに全巻読みました。何度も何度も読みました。
少し登場人物が多くて何度も人物関係を確認しながらでしたが、
かなりはまりました。

｢源氏物語」は、古文を勉強する上では避けては通れませんよね。
ちょうど私は高校3年のときに「あさきゆめみし」読み始めました。
小学生の頃にも最初のところをちょっと読んだのですが、年齢が
低すぎたせいかあまり印象がありません。

ですが、古文の勉強をしつつ読むと、｢あさきゆめみし」がどれだけ
原文に忠実かを身にしみて実感しました。

源氏の表情、屋敷の赴き、庭の情景、町並みの様子。
全て原文である古文を訳すと出てくるものなのです。
ですから、あさきゆめみしを読んだ後に古文を読むと、訳がとても
しやすいのです。ですからテストに｢源氏物語｣が出ると
｢もらったっ！！」と思ったものです。(実際良い点いただきました♪）

受験生の方！　息抜にも、勉強にもなるマンガですよ！
