読んでいてどんどんイライラ。卑屈でさもしくイジイジウジウジ。
やっかみひがみ見栄に酔狂、保身的な言動に働きたくない言い訳。
ひどいものです。見ていて不愉快極まりない。
しかし読んでいけばすぐにわかるのです。
この嫌悪感は間違いなく「親近憎悪」
わかって読んでる自分がわかる。悔しい。

どうしようもない卑屈な生き方が自虐ギャグでもなく淡々と描かれていて
自慢話を話したり、実は内心人をバカにしたり、それを直後に笑いもなくマジ凹みとか語られたりとか、
こんなの、読まされた方はたまったもんじゃない。自嘲もできやしないじゃないか。
何考えてこんなの描いてんだこの作者…理解できない。
夢を追って日々努力する人（してると言うだけの人も）は自分を含めその辺にごろごろいる。
規模はさておき、夢に食らいつけた作者にやっかんでいる自分を認めざるを得ない。
今も負け犬根性でレビューを書いているのが自分でわかるのでなお腹立たしい。
理解あるかわいい奥さんに恵まれて良かったじゃないか。
ほほえましい夫婦の話は読んでて楽しいよ。絵もかわいいよ。
そのくらいしか褒めたくない。

っていうくらい、笑えない本音で綴られた本です。
腹割って人生相談したつもりが、欲しかったようなアドバイスがもらえなかった時のような読後感。
頭冷やしたり現実見たり、世迷い言の多い自分を知るのにはちょうどいいんじゃないでしょうか。
作中で「嫌いな漫画にランクインしてるけど、そこにも入らないよりマシなんですよ」とあるけど
まさにそうだと思える漫画でした。


でも妻との話はホントにかわいいです。
いいなぁ。ちぇ。

福満さんが講談社という大手出版社から本を出せたことにまずは拍手！
前作の『〜失敗』では、小規模な大志（変な言葉）を抱いた少年が漫画家をめざしていく、
私小説とプロレタリア小説とビルドゥングスロマンを足したような作品でした。
今度の『〜生活』は、天真爛漫な「妻」のボケを少々陰気な「夫」が突っ込むという
夫婦漫才マンガのようになっています。
なかでも夫婦喧嘩のシーンは面白い。
格闘技ファンの私には、妻が寝転がった夫のガードをジャンプしてかわし、マウントポシションを取りパンチをくりだすシーンが面白かったですね。
『モーニング』での連載が継続されるということなので、この作品がまた読めるのを楽しみにまっています。
余計なお世話ですが、この作品がそこそこ売れて、
そこそこの印税が入ったら、
福満さんのマンガへのモチベーションが維持されるのかが気がかりです。

おろおろする主人公と大らかに見守る妻の好対照が面白い。しかし、こんなに正直に編集者さんとのやりとりを描いてしまって大丈夫？（奥さんは九州出身でしょうか。自分のかみさんと似ていたので、大いに楽しめました。）次巻以降にも期待。
