今巻は、「気づき」の巻。

古織だけでなく千利休までもが
自分の（人間の）未熟さに気づく。

『過ぎたるは及ばざる如し』

この言葉が重い。

表紙も、この２人が主役である。
目線をずらして対峙している。

利休が黒を廃した時
そこに気づける古織がスゴイのだ。
「瀬戸物」の由来が最後のページに登場

北野大茶湯は万博！？

「席」を奉じた参加者達の七転八倒？ならぬ、それぞれの
創意工夫が可笑しさを持って表現されています。

既刊の中でも上位に来る「濃さ」（時系列的に短期）
の6巻だと思います。

侘びとは何か？　　模索する織部守。
そして「侘びそのもの」自らの政治論理に同化させてしまった利休。
二人の葛藤が面白かったです。

哲学的な内容な6巻だと思います。
そして、それぞれの「侘び」に対する茶室の意匠が良く出ていて、
面白かったです。

天下一茶人決定戦ともいえる「北野大茶湯」。空前絶後のわび数寄EXPOで師を超えてみせると張り切る織部。
文字通り命を張ったその"ツリーハウス"茶室が、三成の怒りを買ってアララ大惨事です。
リベンジマッチでも"縄文式"茶室が皆の失笑を買う始末。
トコトンとBGMを担当する上田殿の姿には、涙せずにはいられません。これよ、これぞ古織殿真骨頂よぉ！
これほど主人公の失敗を読者が待ち望む漫画はありませんもんね。やーいばーかばーか。

……しかし、古織殿を叱りつけた利休もまた、トゥーマッチなわび数寄の業を指摘されるのでした。
傲慢な宗二も己の愚かさを悟る本巻。
「出直しましょう、私たち」
三者三様のリスタート、その裏には秀吉と三成の非情な思惑が潜みます。
次巻のとんでもない悲劇前、嵐の前のすがすがしさです。
