1巻に引き続き、マジックがテーマなのですがそれぞれの演技やしかけがキーワードになって
心に沁みるようなお話を紡ぎだしています。

学校での生活は、ペン回しや学習障害の扱われ方など、やはり知らないこともいっぱいで
マジックの蘊蓄も含め、そういうことを知ることができるのも面白いです。
いじめなどもありますが、主人公の強さやその対処のしかた、よい友達の存在で、とても
爽快な気分でした。ここはお茶目なこともあってつい笑ってしまいます。

最近流行りのスピリチュアルについても、こんなこともあるのかな？と思わせるスピリチュアルの裏側などもあり、
けれど敵なだけではないサカキという人の過去など見ても、良い悪いだけでないそれぞれのキャラクターの
事情を細やかに考えられている物語の深さを感じます。

また、この漫画は台詞や展開の符合性がとても上手くて、心に残るような余韻がすごくいいです。
「マジックアワー」について夕陽を見ながら話していたところから、普通になんかならなくていい、人々に伝えるんだと
良に北條が言ってくれるときの読んでいる方まで嬉しくなる場面、
それを受けて先生に話をするときの、こんな風に考えるようになったんだ、という場面、
スピリチュアリストとの対決での難読症ならではの展開や、不思議な因縁、
目を開けたら違う素晴らしい世界になることを願っていた小さい頃の思い出と、今辛い状況で
目を塞いで数を数えて目を開けた時に展開するラスト、
どれもいろんな要素が最後にひとつにまとまり驚きとともに感動を覚える素晴らしいシーンです。
今一番続きが気になる漫画です。

私が最近読んだマンガの中では、最高級の部類に入ります。
マジックに興味のある方は勿論、そうでない方にもオススメ。
1巻、2巻ともに「人を信じられる幸せ」を感じられる内容で
特に2巻の最期のシーンにはグッと来てしまいました。
この先がとても楽しみな作品です。

一人ぼっちの主人公をやさしく包むメッセージがたくさんあります。
きっと作者の思いもたくさん込められているでしょう。
疲れた方や元気のない方にぜひ読んで癒されてほしいマンガです。
おすすめです。
