職場によくいる人を「~マン」と名づけてエピソードを語るという展開です。主人公がファッショナブルで可愛いいので男性としても手に取りたくなるわけですが、女性ほど楽しめるようには思いません。実生活で「働きマン」であると、読むだけで疲れてきます。漫画ほどに夢はなく、現実ほどにリアルではない漫画ということで3点。絵柄で＋0.5点です。

そこが好きなんですが・・・
『ハッピーマニア』『さくらん』と、安野モヨコ氏の作品は
楽しんでいます。
しかし、ハッピーマニアは大人買いしましたが、さくらんは
途中で止めました。
あまりにも、エロエロエロ、エロ過ぎて・・・
お腹いっぱいというか、ホントその通りなのかもしれない
けど、そこまでリアルに見せられても、引く・・・という
気持ちにもなりました。
　その反動からか、『さくらん』と同じく男性誌に連載が
決まった『働きマン』に対して、当初、おっかなびっくりページを
開くような気持ちで、読み始めました。
　いやいや、なかなか・・・
読んだ後、深いため息。
嫌なため息ではなくて、ふうう~~~、納得、そうだよ、そうだよ
この感じ。
仕事、職場、プライベート、仕事に対する姿勢、社会からの評価、
理想と現実、彼氏、やってらんねえ~！と叫びながら、
それでも走り続ける、働き続ける・・・・そんな経験を
お持ちの方なら、男女問わず楽しめると思います。

食べるために、働く。
その点に、もう少し泥臭く迫ってくださることを、
作者に期待しつつ、昇りシロをあえて残し、星四つと
します。

死ぬ前に『働いた』と実感して死にたいと云う松方弘子の物語２巻。
働く事を生き甲斐にしている人は、特に共感出来たり、頑張ろうと云う気持ちになると思います。

今回は、働く事に生命をかけても、報われない人も居て、妥協したり、バックレてしまったり、色んなタイプの働きマンが登場します。

成功するだけのストーリーや、頑張って働いていると云うストーリーより、挫折もあって、そこから乗り切った点を知りたいと云う人も居るけど、これを読んで、少しわかった気はします。

挫折や、考える所がある主人公を含めた登場人物には、考えさせられると思います。そして、会社は、１人でどうにかならないと云う点があると云う事も。

登場人物で、仕事の方針が合わなくて、転職した人も居て、今そういう事で悩んでいる人に勧めてみようとも思いました。

この本は、働くのを生き甲斐にしている私は、かなり好きな部類の本です。
