傑作第五巻！
ゆっくりの刊行ペースではありましたが、
５巻まであたたかみのある作風は変わらず、
奔放な姉弟は健在で、改めて名作だと思わされました。
また、後半にはじめて姉弟の後日談が描かれ、
立派に成長した二人の姿に胸躍るのと同時に、
姉弟が遠くへ行ってしまったような、寂しさを感じてしまいます。
読み終わってみると大変胸を打たれる巻です。

個人的には全部読んでほしいけど、この作品に限っては既刊のどれか一冊だけいきなり読んでも充分楽しめると思います。ただ、どれか一冊手にすると全て読みたくなるのは必至です。フルカラーの絵が目にも楽しく、キャラクターの生き生きとした様がたまりません。巣鴨に住むちょっと変った3歳の姉弟の日常を描く傑作です。

そんな「バカ姉弟（きょうだい）」の待ちに待った21ヶ月ぶりの新刊がコレです。隔週連載と言いつつ月イチペースにダウンしたりと、かなり不定期だったのでちゃんと5巻が出るのか心配したものですが･･･。出てみればやっぱりさすが！納得の高クオリティ！。今回もご姉弟の魅力が余すところ無く炸裂しております。お馴染のキャラクターから新登場のキャラクター。舞台も巣鴨だけに留まらず色んな所に出没しております。読んでると心が豊かになっていく気がします。何度も何度も読み返したくなる一冊です。

もちろん雑誌掲載時と比べ加筆修正も盛りだくさん。いつも通り描き下ろしのイラストも満載です。一度雑誌で読んだ方も是非お手に取って頂きたい逸品です。ただ、2〜4巻で恒例になっていた初版のおまけシールはありませんでした。そこはちょっと残念〜。

このマンガが、一読、叩き付けて捨てるようなつまらない作品だったら良かったのに。

一話一話が、まるで最終回のようにせつない。
あ、泣くような話じゃないんですよ、楽しくてしょうがない作品なんですよ。

なのに、ご姉弟が四歳になるだけでせつない。
ご姉弟は三歳の頃を覚えていない、けれど素晴らしい十八歳になってしまう。
ご姉弟はすこやかに成長してしまう。
それは、当たり前でとても幸せなことなのだけど。

可愛らしいご姉弟はいつまでも三歳でいてくれたらいいのに。
おもしろいマンガはいつまでも終わらなければいいのに。
そんならちもないことを思ってしまう程、この作品は…。
