友達がいないゆえに人恋しく、そのくせ実際に近づいてくると驚いて拒絶してしまう、そんな人々が主役の物語です。

ヒロインは勉強してトップに立つことでアイデンティティを保ってきた少女。
一方、その相方とでも言うべき少年は、学校にほとんど行ってないにもかかわらず成績トップの天才。学校を恐れるほどに人に不慣れで、そのくせ友達に憧れている。それゆえか、行動は非常識なうえに暴力的。

この設定だけでも、すぐに話の一つや二つは出来てきそうなわけですから、内容は推して知るべし。
正直、いまの女子高生たちがどう考えているかはわかりませんが、人間関係に対して感覚が鋭くなっているいまだからこそ設定が際立ってきます。


二人の共通点は、お互いが孤独なことのみ。
その孤独を自覚しているかどうかは別問題ですが、これからどう変わっていくのか、変えられていくのか、注目です。

ちなみに、この作者はとても絵が安定していて、女の子も可愛いので、マンガ好きな方なら、自分のような男性読者にも親しみやすいのではないかと思います。
キャラクター設定の妙が光る名作と期待です。

成績にしか興味のない冷徹人間水谷雫と
『友達』がほしくてたまらない怪物くん吉田春。
勝手にハルの『友達』にされてしまったシズクと
『友達』のシズクが大事で大事で仕方ない超問題児ハルが
（主にハルの奇行にシズクが巻き込まれる形で）歩み寄っていくお話。
・・・と、片付けるには深すぎる！
とにかく読んでください、もうもう二人がかわいすぎて目が離せません！
絵もすっごくかわいいです。性格も極端でかわいいのです。
表紙では二人とも仏頂面でアオリがアレなもんで
「超暴力児とその飼い主の話」かと思って手にしたのですが
・・・おもいっきり裏切られました！！（いいほうの意味で）
時折入る小ネタがまた面白い！爆笑しました。
それでいて時折入るシリアスな二人の横顔にじんとしてしまったり・・・。
男女問わず、楽しめる作品だと思います。続巻が楽しみです。

波乱の学校生活＆ラブ。

常識がなくて、友達がほしくてたまらない吉田君。
そんな彼のペースにまきこまれて、うんざりしつつ
変わり始める冷血女子・雫の世界。
ある意味、強い×強いコンビの、不思議な関係のお話です。
