前巻に続いてZX（ゼクロス）編。
人間だったころの記憶を探るゼクロス。それを狙うニードル。
世界各地で空中に浮かぶ魔方陣のような物人間狩を始めたバダン。
新たに現れたジゴクロイド、カマキロイド、カニロイドたち３人の強敵怪人。
世界征服を目論むバダンとそれを阻止すべく活躍するライダー達の闘いは続く。

この巻のお奨めは真ん中のカラー４ページ。ライダーたちの変身シーンが
カッコよすぎです！

　バダンのソルジャーとして、過去の記憶を消された状態で、人々の命を奪ってきたＺＸ。
　目覚めたＺＸはその現実を叩き付けられ、打ちのめされる。
「今更……償いようも……ない」
　ＺＸの苦悩に対して、人間「村雨良」だった頃を知っている医師・海道が言う。
「償えないのならば、戦えばいい」
　深く、そして重い話である。

　あと特筆すべきは、巻中カラーの仮面ライダー達の変身シーン。
　ダブルライダーや７人ライダーで感動していた身としては、
こういうのを見るとわくわくしますな。
　その仮面ライダー達とＺＸとの共闘を心待ちにしてる次第。

基本的にほとんどの人になじみのないＺＸですが、
他のライダー以上にライダーらしい、改造人間としての
苦しみ、悲しみを噛みしめながら闘い始めました。
村枝節絶好調です。
