8年前に第一巻を読んでからずっと生きていく楽しみのひとつでした。
数少ない心の底から愛した作品が終わりを迎えたことは寂しく思いますが
私にとって永遠に色褪せる事のない最高傑作であり
蟲師という作品に出会えたことを本当に嬉しく思います。
第一話から最終話まで、すべてのお話が大切なことを伝えてくれました
作者である漆原先生には心の底からありがとうと言わせて頂きたいです。
最高の作品と、それと共に過ごせた夢のような時間を、ありがとうございました。

泣かせようとしてるわけじゃないのにすごい感動してしまった。
この世には見えるものがあり、見えないものがあり、すべてのものに居場所があり、死があり、繋がっている。
それは今でも変わっていないけど、忘れてたそれを思い出させてくれる漫画だった
１０巻で終わるのも区切りが良い。
大好きな漫画なので是非読んで欲しい。

それは蟲の知らせのように、不意に目にした「蟲師」新巻の発売予定。連載を追っていない自分、「何故この季節に?」とも思いましたが、それよりもまず嬉しさが勝りました。今回はどんな話が聞けるのだろう、と。
だけど届いたのは、まさしく蟲の知らせ、この物語の最後でした。

この世はヒト知れぬ生命に溢れている。ときに助けられ、ときに飲み込まれ、共に生命を刻み合う。ヒトと蟲とは別の生物、でも確かに繋がっている。そう感じさせる四編でした。特に繰り返される生命を歌う「鈴の雫」は、素晴らしい最後を飾ってくれたと思います。


まるで根無し草の友人から旅の便りを待つように、年に一度の「蟲師」は楽しみのひとつでした。それも今回が最後、やはり別れはつらいものです。とても大事なものを失ってしまったような、ひとつの漫画が終わっただけでこんな気持ちになるのは、いつ以来だろう。
それでも、ギンコはまだ旅を続けているという不思議な感覚も消えません。そしてまた元気な姿を見せてくれる、そんな気さえします。

これにて降幕となりましたが、これからも「蟲師」を大切に読み続けることに変わりはありません。そして、この物語がいつまでも語り継がれてゆくことを願いながら、今はただ、この最初で最後の別れに浸ることにします。

漆原先生、素敵な作品をありがとうございました。
