友達がいない方の自分にとって御崎さんはとても励まされる存在というか…
「私は間違ってない」「弱さを克服しなくては」等、
まだ若いのにこの先どうなっていくのか気になります。

でも今巻で堅物の彼女にも少しひびが入ったのが見れてよかった。
ノデッポウの話での静流の「そんなのはいいんですよ」。
ああ言われて嬉しくない人はいないだろう。
あれでこの二人はまだまだ細いが絶対に切れない糸で結ばれたようなものだ。
本当の友達が一人でもいることはとても大切であり幸せなことです。
いいなあ。

数多い妖怪漫画の中でも、この作品は他とはひと味もふた味も違う
独特の存在感を放っている。

姉の静流は妖怪や霊を見ることができる（見えてしまう）力を持ち、
妹の瑞生は取り憑かれやすい体(?)質の持ち主。

その能力故の孤独感や苦労を背負い込むこともある姉妹だが、拝み屋の
祖父の教育や周囲の人々との交わりの中で少しずつ成長していく。
７巻では祖父の元を離れて高校で寮生活をしている静流と、中学で
柔道部に入った瑞生の様子を引き続き描いている。

この作品が優れているのは、人と人、人と妖怪の「距離感」の
設定が非常に上手で現実感があること。
登場する面々の微妙な感情や立場、価値観の相違を見事に、しかし
決して過剰に押し付けがましくなることなく描写している。

実際に妖怪が見えたり取り憑かれやすかったりしたら、達観するか、
精神が壊れるかしか無いような気がする。
姉妹はまだそこまで成長しているわけでも追い込まれているわけでも
なく、揺れ動いている状態。だが、この不安定な状態が逆に良いの
かも知れない。
一方で静流が高校で知り合ったまた、静流と同類の御崎 柊子は
過去の経験からガチガチに凝り固まってしまっている。精神的にも
相当追いつめられていて、今後の静流との関係や、互いに与える
影響などがとても気になる。

非常に面白い作品ではあるが、いきなり7巻から目を通しても
訳が分からないだけだろう。読むなら1巻からが良い。

ちなみに1巻が出たときには10冊近く買って、知人などにばらまいて
布教活動（洗脳行為ともいう）に勤しんだ記憶がある。
そんなことをしたのは「サディスティック19」と本作くらいだが、
よく考えてみれば妖怪が出てくるくらいしか両者に共通点は無い。
よく考えなくてもそれくらいしか無いのだが。

前巻の6巻で静流と同じ見鬼の力を持つ御崎が登場したが、今回の7巻は
御崎の過去に焦点を当てた話がある。

なかなか重い話ではあるが、静流と反対のスタンスになる彼女の心情が
垣間見える。これから静流と御崎がどう変わっていくのか楽しみである。
