最近蟲師を知って買い始めたけれど、一気に集めてしまった。短編で進んでいく話で、一つ一つの話が完結していくのだけれどその結末が僕の心を毎回揺り動かす。よくあるハッピーエンド、よかったよかった、のような終わりは殆どといっていいほど蟲師にはなく、一つの物語の終わりはそこに出てきた人々の新たな始まりのような感じでまとまっている。ギンコはただきっかけを置いていくにすぎない。終わりを迎えるたびに優しく、暖かく、応援したくもなり、また寂しさが少しだけ心に触れる。読み終わりああなんて落ち着くんだろうと思った。悪者を倒す、必殺技を繰り出す、そういったものだけが漫画だと思っている人にも是非一度読んでほしいなぁ。

5.0 out of 5 stars 待ってましたの第５巻。, 2004/11/22
待望の第５巻がとうとう発売されました。

今までの作品と変わらず、穏やかで、しっとりとしていて、
ちょっぴり怖いけど、とても優しい世界です。

毎度の事ながら漆原先生の世界観はすごいの一言に尽きます。
読んでいると時間がゆっくり過ぎていく感じがして、
心も落ち着きます。
同時に、子供だったころの感性が再びよみがえってくるような
気がします。

忙しい毎日に疲れたとき、ゆっくりとお茶を飲みながら
読むのにおすすめです。
